I am about to tell you my exact strategy for attracting more customers and selling more in your online business. We are going to deep dive into using storytelling to attract dreamy prospective customers.
The key to attracting customers that will buy literally anything from you is through storytelling.

If you are anything like me, you have been taught to use your marketing tools to speak to "pain points". But I actually tried that (for a long time) and it never worked out for me. I made a very tiny pivot in the way I speak to my prospects and it changed EVERYTHING. You see, if we always speak to the pain points and the frustrations, we will attract those that are stuck in their pain. And worse, questioning your pricing and not ready to buy from you.

Instead, let's create messaging around the desire instead of the pain. This doesn't have to be difficult. In fact, it might even feel more natural to you once you get the hang of it!

People who are in their pain are disempowered and challenged. Especially when it comes to purchasing or coming up with the motivation to make change.

If you want to attract customers that will buy ANYTHING from you, then you don't want to use marketing sentences like this;
"are you feeling this... struggling with making money, waking up with fear and doubt, you've tried everything and nothing has worked" blah blah blah.


When someone is experiencing their slump and they cannot get out of the funk, they are simply not ready for change and most definitely not ready to do the work. We actually need them to be at rock bottom.

We need the people that are SO DONE with their current state and willing to do anything to seek a new identity. This person is already searching on google, on social media and everywhere in between for some guidance.

Insert your product, your program and your opportunity. You get to show them (through storytelling) that the possibility isn't far away from a reality. Struggle, fear, worry and doubt will only resonate with those that need to work even harder to get there.

Storytelling is going to allow an entry for these prospects and let your them FEEL that it's possible.

Become relatable and allow your audience to resonate

Example 1 (weight loss): You woke up this morning feeling refreshed after a solid sleep. 

Describe the desired result

Example 1 (weight loss): You see the scale but don't feel the need to step on it or feel the need to toss it because you are at ease with how your body is feeling.

Describe a desired relatable experience

Example 1 (weight loss): You wash your face, brush your teeth and see your reflection in the mirror. You feel lighter, you feel proud and you look forward to picking out your outfit knowing it will fit perfectly.

Share the secret to this desired result

Example 1 (weight loss): You let out a sigh of relief knowing you finally cracked the code to keeping the weight off for good.

Provide a vision statement that is OPPOSITE from what they'd expect

Example 1 (weight loss): The best part? You did it all without restricting your favorite foods, counting calories and feeling miserable. It was easier than you ever imagined.
You can recreate this little story over and over again with different experiences and examples that fit your niche. Allow this to feel fun, allow yourself to flow. It just takes practice before you feel comfortable. Before you know it, using this desire marketing method will have your sales KNOCKING AT YOUR DOORSTEP.

Ask yourself these questions before diving in;

What does your ideal customer desire (the outcome, result, circumstance, etc)?

Describe to THEM what it feels like to experience that end-result.

Use familiar examples that sometimes go unforgotten, but still matter.

Boom, they now have the answer to obtaining what they want.

They didn't have to struggle or sacrifice along the way to getting what they wanted.
