*READ THIS IF YOU ARE FEELING STUCK*

This is going to be a really quick read on what to do RIGHT NOW if you are feeling stuck.

First, it’s important for me to remind you that if you feel like you are in a funk, you are certainly less alone than you can imagine. 

In fact, I am willing to bet that MAJORITY of people are in a “funk” versus feeling on top of the world right now. 

Let me tell you something… this isn’t riveting by any means, and I am sure you have heard it before… but IF YOU WANT CHANGE, THEN YOU MUST CHANGE. Duh, I know that’s way easier read than done.

Here is a place to start: STOP THINKING AND CLAIMING TO BE STUCK.

Phew, I feel better already!


Any time your mind tries to go there - to tell you that you’re in a funk - say this “brain, you must stop. I am actually not stuck at all.” Because the truth of it all is that your mind has wayyyyyyyyy too much control over your physical being. And when negative thoughts pop up, they are a magnet for more negative thoughts. Before you know it, these thoughts have deterred your love life, your health, your happiness, the work you do in this world…

It is an EASY thought to think “If I can solve ____, everything will be better.” DON’T DO THAT! Everything is better RIGHT NOW, because you are alive.

Let’s begin mastering the inner world right now… this second.

Here is what to do RIGHT NOW if you are feeling "stuck"

  1. Take a deep breath in through your nose and then push it out your mouth (let out a sigh if you’d like)
  2. Do that again 
  3. Okay, now one more time
  4. Repeat after me: “happiness is inside of me. I am loved. I am worthy. My life is GOOD. Energy is flowing through me and everything is going to work out the way it is supposed to. I LOVE MYSELF!”
  5. Do that again.
  6. Now, pat yourself on the back, look in the mirror and remember who TF you are… and go make sh*t happen.
