My entire life I have desired a "different" body. I always wanted to be smaller, tighter, leaner... and I did everything it took to get me there. To no surprise, I developed an eating disorder and a toxic relationship with food and fitness. If you know me, you know I care A LOT about my health - INCLUDING MY MENTAL HEALTH. So, I decided to make change. I decided to find something I LOVED that could not only help me with my physique but also with my mind. I found lifting.
Lifting is a true love of mine. There is something super special about walking into a gym with a cute outfit on, being surrounded by people with a common goal in an atmosphere so energetic, popping headphones on and just getting in the ZONE.
I built these programs myself and put myself through each and every one of them for the expected duration of time before I ever even considered selling them to you. I am my own proof of my own pudding (idk it sounded kinda good lol). THESE PROGRAMS WORK. If you stick to the schedule, stick to the progressive overload, take this seriously and take responsibility... You will ABSOLUTELY change your life.
